What is YayA care?
YayA care is a special service provided by YayA playzone for busy parents.
What are the charges?
The charges are 200r/hour.
Are the rates different for weekday & weekend?
No, the charges for weekday and weekend are the same.
What is the duration?
The child can be with amigo for a minimum period of an hour to 3 hours.
Who is this amigo?
Amigo is like a buddy for your child. She will look after your kids in your absence.
Is the amigo child-friendly
Yes.
Can I leave my child and step out?
Yes! you can, however, you have to opt Yaya care services for that.
Will the amigo take care of my child in my absence?
Yes. Yaya care service is especially for busy parents.
Can I leave my belongings with amigo?
No. The Yaya care amigo will not be responsible for your personal belongings.
Will the amigo play with my child?
Yes. The amigo will make sure that the kid have a good time in the play area during your absence.
Will the amigo feed my child?
No!
Can I keep cash with amigo in case my child feels hungry?
No! parents aren’t allowed to give cash to the amigo.
Will the amigo change the diapers if required?
Yes!
Can I tip the amigo for her services?
Yes!
Can I get the contact number of the amigo?
No. You will be provided with Yaya play zone’s number for any communications.
What if my child isn't comfortable with the amigo?
The amigo will try comforting the child however if the child is still cranky, we request you to be with the child for some time till the child calms down.
What if the amigo behaves hostile with my child?
The amigo will never be hostile with kids, however, if you find her misbehaving you can reach to the front desk and inform our staff about the issue.
Can I take this YayA care service for a group of kids?
No!
Can I tell my driver to pick my child?
Yes! however, you will have to fill the authority form before leaving the vicinity.
Can I extend the duration of YayA care service?
Yes, you can.
What if my child gets separation anxiety?
In case your child has separation anxiety, we request you to spend some time with the child and the amigo before leaving the facility.
What if my child gets injured while playing with amigo?
Injuries are a part of play, amigo is provided to engage the child in play. She will not be held responsible for any injuries caused by child’s misbehaviour.

Why should I sign YayA care terms & conditions?
